Do you work on occupied buildings?+
Almost every project we deliver is occupied — residents in place, businesses trading. We sequence the works, give proper notice before each stage, and keep access routes open so the building keeps functioning while we fix it.
Are you licensed for Class 2 remedial work?+
Yes — we're Class 2 DBP registered (Licence 360636C). That means declared designs, registered designers and compliance declarations on your project — the paper trail that protects your owners corporation.
Do we need an engineer's report before we contact you?+
No. If you already have one, we'll quote against it. If you don't, we start with an investigation so the engineer's specification is built on real evidence — not guesswork.
What if the scope turns out bigger than quoted?+
That's why we investigate before we price. Quotes built on evidence rather than assumptions make variations the exception — and if something genuinely unforeseen shows up, you'll know the moment we do, with options and costs in writing.
Do you take on smaller jobs?+
Our typical projects run from $250K, but we scope smaller packages too — our estimator starts at the $20–60K band. If it's remedial work in Sydney, it's worth a call.
